About Me
My work is centered on helping individuals, couples and families understand and heal the patterns that keep them feeling stuck -- particularly those shaped by trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, addiction, relationships, and chronic stress. I take a holistic, integrative approach that goes beyond symptom management to explore what is happening beneath the surface, including the ways the nervous system adapts to protect us.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, somatic therapy, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and the Gottman Method. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy happens when you feel safe enough to be real, curious, and deeply understood.

About Me
I am passionate about supporting adolescents, teens (12+), and young adults through some of the years when life can feel especially overwhelming. Anxiety, difficult experiences, relationships, school or college pressures, family changes, and major life transitions can leave young people feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.
I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I also recognize the important connection between the mind, body, and nervous system, helping clients explore not only what they're feeling, but the experiences, patterns, and beliefs underneath it.
My goal isn't simply symptom management. It's helping young people feel more grounded and connected to themselves, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
