A Space to Feel Heard and Understood
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially when you’re unsure what to say or whether it will help. Bri takes time to build a relationship and understand what matters most to you. There is room to move at your own pace.
Together, you can explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and stress responses. Sessions may include conversation, practical coping skills, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR or TF-CBT when appropriate.
The work can help you manage difficult moments while also exploring what contributes to them – building greater self-understanding, confidence, and choice.

Support for Teens and Adolescents
School expectations, changing friendships, family stress, and social media can create a lot to carry. Some teens become anxious or withdrawn; others feel irritable, overwhelmed, or unsure how to explain what is happening.
Bri helps teens ages 12+ make sense of their experiences, practice ways to manage strong emotions, and build confidence in expressing their needs.
